Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Process orders and returns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Meet and exceed performance goals

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Excellent communication skills - Ability to think innovatively and creatively - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong computer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
