Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a passionate and energetic Contact Center Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 3. Conduct analysis to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. 4. Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction ratings. 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of contact center processes and procedures. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Proven ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Strong attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Must have a quiet home office environment conducive to working remotely.
