Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center team. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction. 3. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met. 4. Train and coach contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to improve contact center operations.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: reliable, driven 2. Soft skills: teamwork, time management 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of managing a contact center team. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
