Job Description:
Celcom Axiata Berhad, a leading communications provider in Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals who have a passion for customer service and communication. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, account information, billing questions, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 4. Update customer records accurately in the database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed customer service targets and KPIs set by the company. 8. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and cooperate with coworkers. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. 8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
