Penerangan Pekerjaan - Contact Center Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Contact Center Officer to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Utilize computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer inquiries - Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up activities - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met effectively - Conduct data entry and administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Planning and time management skills - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
