As a Remote Contact Center Officer at YTL Corporation Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist customers with their needs in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through your interactions. 3. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. 4. Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolutions. 5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings. 7. Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs in a fast-paced environment. 8. Provide feedback to supervisors on ways to improve processes and procedures. 9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 4. Demonstrated leadership and cooperation skills. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other communication tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
