Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and a strong ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide solutions to customer problems and ensure a positive experience for all clients. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with team members to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response times and customer satisfaction ratings. 6. Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Strong soft skills in innovation and people management. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
