Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description: UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a similar customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
