Job Description:


QSR Brands is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contact Center Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications from customers, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers part-time hours and is ideal for individuals who are confident, hardworking, and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and efficient manner - Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and promptly - Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers - Document and update customer records in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company - Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by QSR Brands


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning and leadership skills - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software - Availability to work on a part-time basis
