Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, ideal for entry-level individuals with no prior experience required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong decision-making and people management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
