Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing the opportunity to balance work with personal commitments.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries efficiently. - Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner. - Document customer interactions and update customer information in the database accurately. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers. - Meet individual and team targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution times. - Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Motivated and dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience. - Demonstrated cooperation skills to work effectively with colleagues. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
