Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders remotely.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and concerns - Communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of individuals - Utilize critical thinking and analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Work closely with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex cases - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in a timely manner - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in project management is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
