Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats in a professional and timely manner - Assist guests with booking reservations, resolving issues, and providing information about Hilton properties - Utilize problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and find appropriate resolutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality service delivery
Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality with the ability to remain composed under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to find solutions to guest issues - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and any additional languages preferred - Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is required - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication - Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
