Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a reliable and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide information to customers about products and services offered by the company. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Continuously improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively. 4. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours.
