Job Description:
Malaysia Airlines Berhad is currently seeking Contact Center Representatives to work from home in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Malaysia Airlines customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and providing general information about Malaysia Airlines services. 4. Processing payments and refunds for customers. 5. Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers on their inquiries or feedback. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude. 2. Strong cooperation and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have a quiet and distraction-free work-from-home environment. 8. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
