Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Contact Center Representative to work from home for Perodua, located in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently 3. Providing information about products and services to customers 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Conducting problem analysis and providing solutions to customers quickly 8. Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong analytical and presentation skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 6. Familiarity with customer service best practices 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
