Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Hilton in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to assist with inquiries, reservations, and customer service issues - Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving any issues efficiently - Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers effectively - Navigate through multiple systems and databases to access and update customer information - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores - Continuously learn about Hilton's products, services, and promotions in order to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Strong motivation and adaptability to handle a fast-paced work environment - Excellent cooperation and communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to problem solve and think critically to resolve customer issues - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
