Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad. As a part-time position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, this entry-level role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed. 4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service levels. 6. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Confident and adaptable personality to effectively handle a variety of customer situations. 2. Strong leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide solutions. 3. Analytical skills to quickly assess customer needs and provide appropriate responses. 4. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiar with contact center software. 7. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
