Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries 2. Providing information about products and services 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner 4. Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions 6. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction 7. Working with team members to achieve department goals 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking personality traits 2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations 5. Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay is preferred
