Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, possess strong teamwork and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
