Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. This is an entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner 2. Providing accurate information about our products and services 3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution 4. Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system 5. Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response times 6. Collaborating with teammates to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience 7. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service 2. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism 3. Strong adaptability and planning skills 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in using basic computer software and CRM systems 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
