Job Description:


Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone and through various digital channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with empathy and understanding. 3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for telecommunications services. 4. Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions and update customer profiles. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 6. Achieve productivity and quality targets set by the company. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively within a team. 4. Excellent decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues promptly. 5. Ability to work remotely from a home office with a stable internet connection. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
