MR DIY Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a part-time position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in customer care while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall experience - Utilize research and creativity to provide personalized solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Entry-level position, no years of experience required - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - Research and creativity soft skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus
