Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assisting with order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination - Maintaining customer records and updating databases with accurate information - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact - Strong strategic planning and organizing skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task efficiently - Proficiency in MS Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service is a plus
