Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are energetic, dedicated, and eager to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat 2. Provide assistance and support to customers in a professional and empathetic manner 3. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively 4. Update customer information in the database accurately 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer interactions 6. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any important issues to the appropriate departments 7. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 4. Strong problem-solving skills 5. Team player with a positive attitude 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
