Job Description:


Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies.


Requirements: 1. Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
