Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, and creative.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues - Process returns and exchanges - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction - Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency with computers and customer management systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Driven and adaptable personality - Attention to detail and creativity - Knowledge of rubber industries is a plus
