This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a resourceful and confident personality, along with strong soft skills in persuasion and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer experience. 3. Utilize communication tools such as email, chat, and phone calls to assist customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
