Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Associate at Celcom Axiata Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer care role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement - Meet or exceed customer service goals

Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong people management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
