Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual who excels in time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions 2. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution for customer concerns 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their inquiries 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles 2. Motivated and hardworking individual with excellent time management skills 3. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
