Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status. 3. Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges. 4. Resolve customer complaints or issues with a focus on providing excellent customer service. 5. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and update database with relevant information. 7. Identify and report trends in customer inquiries or issues to management for continuous improvement. 8. Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. 2. Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and resolve issues. 3. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
