Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from your location in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for persuasion - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings - Passion for providing exceptional customer service

Soft Skills: - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently
