Job Description:


Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the finance industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat. 2. Assisting clients with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention through feedback and data analysis. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals and targets. 7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes to company products and services. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. 2. High level of drive and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent decision-making skills and ability to think strategically. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
