Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team at Petronas in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent and dedicated, with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting our Petronas locations - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Handle cash transactions and manage the cashier system accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the customer care department - Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and dedicated worker with a strong work ethic - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong communication skills in English and Malay - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
