Job Description:


Maxis Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should be driven, confident, and possess excellent teamwork and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner - Assist customers with account transactions and troubleshoot technical issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on product and service offerings to provide relevant information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
