Job Description:


Sime Darby Berhad, a leading multinational conglomerate in George Town, Penang, MY, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of independence and reliability. Additionally, strong soft skills in creativity and people management are highly valued for this role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 4. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 8. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Creativity in finding innovative solutions to customer issues. 7. Experience in people management or leadership roles is a plus.
