Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from your home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a high level of care and attention to detail - Providing product information, pricing, and order status to customers - Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
