Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team at S P Setia Berhad as a remote worker based in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies. 7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer care. 5. Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. 6. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
