Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Manage customer accounts and maintain customer records - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients - Identify and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Participate in product development and improvement initiatives - Report on key customer service metrics to senior management


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or related field - Reliable and motivated individual with strong decision-making skills - Excellent project management abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
