As a Remote Customer Care Manager at Gamuda Berhad, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to maintain and improve customer relationships, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure goals are met.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies and processes to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Monitor performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, and make adjustments as necessary. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to constantly improve processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 2. 7 years of experience in customer service or customer care, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Resourceful and energetic with a strong focus on strategic planning and creativity. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and tools. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 8. Visa sponsorship, profit sharing, and life insurance benefits available.
