Job Description:
IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position with at least 6 years of experience, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer care operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations - Lead a team of customer care representatives to deliver exceptional service to all customers - Monitor customer feedback and develop action plans to address any issues or concerns - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement in customer care processes - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer care team members - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer care management - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
