Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


MISC Berhad is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Care Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer care team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the customer care team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. 6. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management. 8. Oversee the implementation of customer care technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a similar industry. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to make decisions under pressure and prioritize effectively. 8. Experience with CRM systems and other customer care technologies.
