Job Description:


IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to work remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in customer care or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner - Develop training programs for customer care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer care management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and driven personality traits - Project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer care software - Availability to work remotely and attend occasional meetings at the company's office in Malacca City
