Job Description:


Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer care team while working from home. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the customer care team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and procedures - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and implement improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and coach customer care team members to enhance their skills and performance - Prepare and present regular reports on customer care metrics and KPIs to senior management


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Care Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) - Proficiency in customer relationship management software - Ability to work from home effectively and efficiently
