Job Description:


Proton Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service roles, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing our customer care operations.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in customer service management roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Driven and energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Innovative and adaptable, able to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
