Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to work from home for Hilton in Kuala Lumpur, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service and a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement


Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service - Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and energetic personality - Adaptability and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
