Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, dedicated, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As an entry-level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and documentation with attention to detail. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer care processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed customer care performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated personality with a strong desire to help customers. 2. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough communication with customers. 4. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
