Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Customer Care Representative to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide customers with accurate information regarding products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Meet individual and team performance targets - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs - Use strategic planning to improve customer care processes and procedures


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to changing situations and priorities - Strategic planning skills to improve customer care processes - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
