Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner. 3. Conduct research to provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Utilize presentation skills to effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer care processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong presentation skills to engage with customers effectively. 3. Research skills to gather information and provide solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
