Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


S P Setia Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best service to customers. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful personality traits to effectively engage with customers. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and creativity in problem-solving. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus. 7. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
